We aim to represent every kurta’s colour, silhouette and embroidery as accurately as possible. Screen settings and lighting may cause slight colour differences. Because Chikankari involves handwork, minor variations in stitches and motifs are natural—these are not defects but part of what makes every piece distinctive.

Orders generally arrive within 4–9 business days after confirmation, depending on your serviceable PIN code. Cash on delivery is available at eligible locations, with no additional COD fee under our current policy. UPI, cards and net banking are also available at checkout.

You may request an eligible return or size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Your first size exchange per order is free; further voluntary exchanges and approved returns carry a ₹99 return-shipping charge. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly—accepted claims have no return or replacement charge, and an unboxing video is not mandatory.
